To be honest, everything is amazing at this hotel. The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway and the family room we stayed in was clean and well designed. The pool area was quiet and not crowded, allowing us to relax. The spa was a highlight, with a fantastic massage experience. The staff tried their best to accommodate us, although language barriers were evident.
One downside was the lack of diversity in the breakfast options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The family room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. The pool area was serene, and most of the time there were only a few people there. The hotel staff were great too make my stay enjoyable. The spa was a great addition, and the massage I received was amazing.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the luxurious Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind and the full body massage was amazing. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room were incredibly relaxing. the location of the hotel, surrounded by picturesque gardens, was peaceful and perfect for a short getaway.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the restaurant staff struggled with English, making communication difficult during meal times. the quality of the food was excellent and more than made up for the language barrier.

The staff here gave great effort. Enjoyed the spa and massages. Convenient location for a peaceful break from the city. Clean, well-designed family room. Quiet pool with nice ambiance.
